After having several companies come out and look at a leak my in-laws had! Boss roofing had the leak found and address in just a few hours! Can’t thank the owner Lisa enough for coming out and making sure we were taken care of!

We had the best experience with Boss Roofing from the very first contact through the end of the process. They came and inspected our roof after some storm damage and worked with our insurance company making the entire process painless for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with every interaction. Both Lisa and Allie were so helpful in making sure things went smoothly from picking out the right roof to ensuring everything was going well with the crew to doing all the communication with insurance. And the crew that worked on our roof was so diligent and respectful of our home and our neighbors. I heard from two neighbors how much they appreciated the way they worked. The outcome is just outstanding as well. I couldn’t recommend anyone else. They were amazing every step of the way!

Replacing a roof was a serious decision for us. BOSS took time with us, supported our needs and delivered a finished roof that exceeded our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish! And my rood looks amazing!

I observed a job the guys were doing across the street from me. I was so impressed. They did an excellent job. No loud music, no trash thrown down. As soon as the old roof hit the grown it was picked up. They used a big metal thing to pick up any loose nails. I eill be needing a roof in the next couple years and I know who I will call. F.Y.I. I am very hard to please lol

My spouse and I got a quote and inspection from this roofing company. We were approved for financing and were never able to establish further contact with the company. We have called 3 times and left messages with no return. We were thoroughly disappointed because the initial inspection went so well and we were impressed by the lady contractor that came out to inspect. We are in need of a new roof fairly soon and were hopeful that this would have worked out. It left us in need to find another contractor, which we did. We were able to use the same financing and will be getting a new roof in a month. We have a hole in the roof and are hoping we will not get any snow anytime soon. The owner has not been responsive and we gave up after several attempts. The sad part is that our new quote is more expensive but thankful that we get a lifetime warranty on our new quote, which we did not have available through this company. If you are looking for a more responsive company please consider a different one. We were left in the dark to fend for ourselves. We scrambled to find a different company as we were in desperate need to get a new roof soon. Very disappointed in the lack of response as it projects unprofessionalism. We really thought we were going to like this company. I wish things had worked out but they did not. We will never attempt to use this company again.

Boss Roofing was referred to me and I am so glad they were! Lisa from Boss was wonderful from our initial phone call, after a huge storm created some issues in our roofing, all the way until they had completed the job. Lisa was great in helping answer all of my questions as I am new to the roof replacing game and helped me feel comfortable with making decisions. The work was professional and quick! Clean up and quality of work is what I keep saying to friends.
